The Church of the Frari and the Scuola Grande di San Rocco, both landmarks of Venetian Renaissance painting, are just five minutes from the flat. The nearest vaporetto (public transport) stops, "Riva de Biasio" and "Ferrovia" are six and seven minutes' walk from the flat respectively. The flat is located on the third floor of a discreet four-storey building and is very bright.
